We are going to separate all the players who are under 1mil. To help get their rank up. It will be our responsibility to pm all our member and introduce ourselves. When our members get over 1 mil make sure they are building their armies the best they can. So our focus at the moment will be getting them over 1 mil.

Members, we are here to help and want to get you rep’d quickly. PVP will be starting in 2 weeks and we want to make sure we are all ready as a unit.

I am a big fan of people earning what they get. Eat what you kill so-to-speak. the way I would like to see our lower rep members ranking up is this:

send them 50k widows.
Have them conquer fallen 2-3 times.
have them send you the fallen.
Sell the fallen in the market and buy lizards.
send them 3/4 of the lizards bought and fodder.
send the other 1/4 to the defensive troop pool.
Rinse, Repeat.

2k fallen is enough to buy 1mil lizards and can be conquered in 3-4 tries. This way they rep up and can be proud that they did the work themselves. Also our defensive troop pool will grow quickly.

Once they have started repping you need to be very persuasive towards getting them to build 6-8 cities. it will only take them a couple days to start the cities and once they are started they can go after counties all they want.

Also dont forget that they should start donating to the defense fund as soon as they hit 4mil but not before it.
